Room Rental Fee 2009

2009 Fee Structure GST Exclusive
Regular User Groups
Rental
$7.50 per hour 1/2 Room
$12.00 per hour Full Room
$30.00 per hour Whole House
Invoices to be sent at the end of each month
A charge will be added (approx $25.00 this depends on the numbers in your group) to each monthly invoice to cover milk tea and coffee.

Casual User Groups
Rental
$10.00 per hour 1/2 room
$20.00 per hour Full Room
$40.00 per hour Whole House
The rental fee is to be paid at the end of the session

Bond:  A refundable bond of $100.00 is to be paid in advance.  your bond will be refunded after inspection of the house.  The hirer must supply their own tea, coffee, milk etc or pay the agreed charge for tea and coffee available at 20 cents per cup.

Cancellations:
The Community House reserves the right to charge a fee of 2.5% of the total hire charge if the booking is cancelled with in 10 workings days of the booking date, 50% if cancelled within 5 working days of the booking date and 1005 if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start time.

Service Fee Structure 2009

• Telephone - A charge of 20 cents per call to be made at the time of the phone being used.
• Photocopying - A Photocopy service is available at 10 cents per copy.  Regular User Groups will be allocated their own PIN number and be billed at the end of each month.
• Fax - Local faxes only - $0.80 per fax
• Laminating - A4 size - $1.00 per sheet,  A5 size - $0.70, A3 $1.50 per sheet

Services only available when the Co-ordinators Office is opened.
